I struggled with chronic health issues like psoriasis, arthritis, IBS, bloating, fatigue, headaches, and major brain fog — the kind where I would literally forget the names of my friends… for years.
I tried all the “healthy” fixes. All the trendy diets. And instead of feeling amazing like everyone else claimed to, my body reacted like I had eaten a tub of ice cream — tired, achy, sluggish, inflamed.
Raw vegan diet for 10 days? I got bloated… and my husband lost 7 pounds. Not fair, am I right?
GAPS was too strict. Paleo? Nut flours and eggs were too harsh on my system.
Green smoothies, raw diets, Paleo, GAPS — they work beautifully for a lot of people. But not for everyone.
Have you ever tried to follow a diet plan that worked for your friend… and you just felt worse?
I’ve been there.
Because we’re unique, we’re energized differently — by what we put in our mouths, how we move our bodies, how we manage stress, our relationships, our faith, our creativity, our joy. All of it matters.
Everything changed when I stopped guessing and started testing.
When I ran functional lab work, I finally saw what was actually happening inside my body — gut imbalances, inflammation patterns, stress dysfunction, nutrient needs, hormone shifts. Instead of trying random diets, I had data. And data changes everything.
During perimenopause, when my body felt unpredictable and inflamed, I leaned even harder into that root-cause approach. I adjusted my nutrition. I prioritized workouts that supported this new stage. I supported my metabolism strategically. I worked on my mindset and nervous system. And I made my health non-negotiable. I added peptides into my life after I adjusted my lifestyle (healthstyle) based on my lab work.
Through that process, I lost 28 pounds of inflammation and built muscle — in perimenopause. Not by starving. Not by over exercising. Not by chasing trends. But by understanding my labs and working with my physiology instead of fighting it.
Now, I help other women do the same.
I use comprehensive functional lab testing to uncover what’s really driving symptoms — gut dysfunction, hormone imbalances, stress patterns, metabolic resistance — and we build a plan around your biology.
And when appropriate, I partner virtually with a trusted Peptide physician and Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) physician to safely and responsibly optimize metabolic health, body composition, recovery, and long-term vitality. Because sometimes the most supportive thing you can do is bring the right team to the table.
Your path may look like mine. Or it may be completely different.
But together, we’ll uncover your data, listen to your body, and build your unique Healthstyle.
And I truly cannot wait to begin!
I work with my clients to develop natural customized plans that work for them.
Book your first consultation: This beginning consultation is an opportunity for me to get to know you and introduce you to the coaching process and clarify anything that seems ambiguous.
After the initial consult, you will fill out a health history, set some goals and do some functional lab work. Lab kits are sent direct-to-client.
We work within a 3-6 month timeframe to make sure you are meeting those goals. The evolution of your goals is sometimes the most surprising and exciting part of the process.
